UCLA Mobile Tickets - How to sell on StubHub?????

How do I enter the bar code on stubhub? All I see is the 14 digit # below the QR code & stubhub doesn't recognize that #. I also tried the ticket # listed under details in google pay but that doesn't work either. Anybody know how to do this?

That number below the QR code is the barcode, but it's possible that Stubhub doesn't have the visiting seat allotment barcodes in their system yet. That's been the case for certain events in the past.
Call Stubhub if you need a prompt answer.

Thanks. I tried to call last night but the expected wait time was 3 hrs. They open @ 7AM our time so I'm going to call again & see if I can get through.
EDIT: After being on hold for 40 minutes I was able to speak with someone @ stubhub. I game him the 14 digit # underneath the QR code & he was unable to get it to work either. He took down all the numbers for the tickets that I have & was sending it up the ladder to someone else. The guy said he would email me when they figured out what the issue was & when it was fixed. I;ll keep you guys posted....

Well...'mobile ticketing' is not quite as streamlined as proponents claim...who would have imagined snafus with most ANYTHING internet related ! Right hand has NO idea what the left is doing a great deal of the time. The MAIN reason they want to push this is the $ to be made via the re-sale market, little about this is 'safety' related ! Overall, it's sometimes convienient but a real cluster%^&$ when it does not....give me the option for paper tickets !
On another note....WHERE are the BIG savings from not printing tickets...WHO gets that revenue ??

Thank you for posting an update when they get back with you! I was having the same issue and got tired of waiting after 30 minutes when I called.

I,m a proponent of printed tickets as well….but I have to admit that electronic tickets worked pretty damn well when we went the playoffs and national championship a couple of years ago.

Ridiculous. I tried again posting the barcodes last night and it didn’t work. They need to get this resolved quick!

According to an email response from the ticket office, they are currently working with Stubhub and UCLA to correct the issue.

Doesn’t look like the visiting barcodes are available in UCLA’s system yet to even share with Stubhub.
“Thank you for your support of LSU Football by following the Tigers on the road as they take on UCLA in the Rose Bowl.
Your tickets are now available to download to your smart phone by logging into your online account at www.LSUTIX.net on your phone. Once you have logged in, click on My Account and the tickets for the UCLA game will be available to download to your apple wallet or google pay or transfer to family, friends, coworkers, etc.
The last day to complete the transfer of tickets for the UCLA game will be Wednesday, September 1 at 5:00pm as the barcode data will be needed to send to the UCLA ticket office to download into their scanners.”

something about you have to "accept" them so then UCLA will get the info..then i think it can be shared with stubhub.

I have called the LSU ticket office, UCLA ticket office and Stubhub. All are aware of the problem and none of them have a solution. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Yeah...but by ALL means, let's join forces w/ Stubhub so we can get a 2nd,3rd and maybe a 4th 'bite' of the re-sale...the hell with ANYTHING else...$ is the only factor in their minds !

Call Stubhub and tell them to change delivery method to mobile transfer since the barcodes don't work yet.
