Could b season tkt holder that didn’t opt out but plans to sale theirs seats. If tkts aren’t delivered stubhub refunds or gets tkts similar location

To get 25k fans and socially distance, they probably don’t have a choice but to put some in the uppers. Gonna be some mad folks who typically sit in the bowl and get stuck in the top but it’s going to happen. For that reason, I think buying tickets won’t be that hard. Fans will not be happy with the location and sell.
