Kentucky tickets ineligible to sell on stubhub?

I’m trying to help a relative sell their tickets and they transferred them to me, but the lsusports site says they are ineligible to sell on stubhub when I select that option. What gives?

Just write down the barcodes and enter them on stubhub when you are setting up the sale

Visiting team ticket allotment barcodes are frequently not in the Stubhub system far in advance of the game. The message below is typically displayed during the listing process. You can still sell them on there though.
