I got scammed on stubhub. Be warned

On Friday, I bought a single ticket in the Stadium Club section 206C. The price was consistent with other club seats. A few hours later, I received the ticket and it was a north endzone ticket in section 206. I notified stubhub immediately and they acknowledged the issue and were investigating it. Saturday AM I called again and they said I should be getting an email shortly about the refund. I got off the phone, but the email never came. By this time, all the single tickets were gone so I had to buy a pair of tickets to get into the game to be near my family. During the 3rd quarter, I got an email from StubHub claiming the NEZ ticket I got was correct and they closed my support case. I emailed them back and got the same reply. This morning it took over an hour on the phone bitching to finally get my money back.

Anyway, be careful of assholes mislabeling club tickets. The seller knew what they were doing b/c they priced it as if it was a club seat. North endzone seats to Grambling weren't going for over $100. To resolve this I had to report it online, send several emails, and make 3 phone calls. The time I spent fighting this wasn't worth the headache, but I did it out of principle b/c frick them.

SCREW StubHub!!! I’m dealing w/an issue from 4 years ago with them!!! They are horrible, and customer service is piss poor.

Yeah we purchased 2 tickets in suite 242S and the seller actually transferred section 242 north endzone on Thursday. I called StubHub and we transferred the tickets back to StubHub from LSU and they processed the refund yesterday.

I’m glad that you got refunded. I would have happily done that if given the option. I’m fairly certain the rep screwed up and should have offered that to me. I just got two emails saying “we are looking into the issue”. This AM they kept saying they wouldn’t refund my money because I used the ticket which I didn’t.

I wish I had taken a screenshot of the name in the LSU ticket account that transferred it. It was a female first name and I think the last name was Guidroz. I wondered if it was an actual season ticket holder or someone doing this frequently.

Same nonsense happened with the gf, seems to be consistent with suite tickets on their and similar sites. She grabbed a Taylor Swift ticket in a suite and the seller sent a regular ticket in the 110 section and not 110S or whichever section it was supposed to be. Thankfully all this happened weeks prior to the concert so she had time to get the refund and get new tickets in a more desirable spot.
