Do people still sell tickets outside the stadium?

Not the ticket hustlers... regular people. I haven't been to a game in 2 years.

Not very much.
A lot of times, people don't even have physical tickets to sell. And if they're selling tickets, they sell on Stubhub or Seat Geek or whatever.
