Anybody else having trouble with Garth Brook Tickets & TicketMaster?

My son got the email from TicketMaster with a download link. He forwarded email to me. Cannot link tickets to my TM account and cannot transfer to friends. LSU Ticket Office is clueless.

And yes - I'm using an iPhone + Safari. Could it be because I have to use my son's email address? His email address is on our LSU Ticket office account.

My ticketmaster app is working fine and says tickets will be ready in 3 days and some change... it gives me the option to transfer only

Ticket Office says the email on the T/O account needs to match the email address on the TM account. I'm doing that and still doesn't work.

I was already logged into TM when I clicked the email link. Tried that?

Just restart phone and start over if nothing else.

Restarted my phone. Logged in to TM app.

My Events > "You have not purchased or received tickets for any events."

Tried to link tickets from TM email in TM app: "Unable to record member order". TM email address = LSU T/O email address.

Yes. My Tickets > "No Upcoming Events"

ETA: the T/O says they see the GB tickets in my LSU account. However, when I login to my LSU T/O account, they have suddenly disappeared. I haven't check the account in about 2 weeks, but last time I did, they were there... clearly visible in my "Order History". Today, poof... nowhere to be seen in my account. But the T/O says not to worry (?????????)

That would be my guess then...that a TM account has to be made with the same email address to link and accept them. Seems to be only other option.

I did that an hour ago. See my previous post. The TM email and the T/O are identical.

Right I see now.

That's very strange. Maybe call TM. Barcodes are coming from them anyhow.

You mentioned your son forwarded you the email. Can your son not click the link while logged into TM with the same email address?

Well.... I threw my iPhone against the wall, kicked the dog a couple of times, and screamed "Trump 2024!!" and it started working. Go figure....
