Thanks for being one of the few people that get it. Anyone who takes the time to go back and look at replays pre-Bama will see this. "New" offensive sets and play calling have contributed immensely to Mett's and O Line's success; not some mythical light coming on.

I'm really hoping he will continue to improve the rest of the season. I forgot what it feels like to start a season off with a qb we trust and respect.

that doesn't surprise me at all, but for the sake of your enlightenment it is because of good qb/receiver coaching and because Mett is becoming more comfortable in his role.

What got into him ? How about sending out more than 2 WR at a time , Maybe letting him throw the ball more than 18x a game , maybe people actually catching the ball? Learn a little something about football . Oh and the coaches have to call better plays .
Had we thrown the ball like this early in the season , maybe he would have been more comfortable with the offense against UF .
