I'm no forensic analyst, and maybe she really did kick the guy, but I'm kind of thinking its an illusion based on how dark it is near the ground. I think she just steps forward but the timing looks like she is kicking him....not that it matters anyway.

Brother, you've gone way beyond biased! I'm not biased, I just want to know the truth. I've never been convinced JJ did any of this, but if he was the one that kicked the dude then discipline him. I can hear someone say Jordan now, but like I said before I think it is spoken by someone different than the guy yelling for Jeff.

I was wondering if anyone has been able to determine if this is Shady's. I've never seen the place.
Does it have a big marquee sign outside? I'm guessing that's what that bright square thing on the left side of the video is.

What is unsettling though is this would seem to indicate that JJ was lying about leaving before the fight started, which I never believed. IF he wasn't involved, then why not tell the truth. That's the thing that bothers me.

the version condon played on the air was around 1-2 minutes long and you can clearly hear "andrew lowery!" yelled a few times.

Heard that. Doesn't matter who it is, if the police ID him they aren't going to care who started the fight. Doesn't look like a necessary case of self defense to me.

Meh. There are 2 kickers. 1st guy probably did more damage as it looked like a shot to the face.

I have listened the clip a few times and I am pretty sure I hear some one say "Jordan back off" a couple of times then some one says "jordan we got 5-0". But you can't tell who is who.

JJ is a really tall guy, 6'5 I think. The guy in the dark clothes is nowhere near that height.
If the kicker is 6'5, then those bystanders around him must be ± 1 inch the same height. Or this video was taken in Oz and someone is beating up one of the munchkins.
