Ugh. We prob weren't going very far, but that was such a shitty way to lose.

it def made it worse that NC State upset Villanova the next game too. that could have been us.

You could start a thread about anything positive or any great player at LSU present or past and at least one whiner will have to chime in to shite on Aleva or O as this one did.

This is the worst loss in LSU history. Not only did it ruin an absolute dream season of skullfricking the nation, it sent the program into a downward spiral to a point where a river boat captain is head coach and we can't even sign a CB to "DBU".

Then we lost to Troy. That was the most embarassing loss in LSU football history given the state of the program that was GIVEN to Ed O.

I agree. as bad as the CG was, we could've changed the narrative a few months later. god damn chavis and his prevent defense.

What a dick........

Ole Miss in 1969 cost us a shot at Texas and a possible NC.....

The embarrassment of 1/9/12 is still haunting this program.... no matter who the coach is now..... the 4 plus years after that game LSU went from a top 10 every year program to a top 15-20 every year program .... that equals mediocre.....

Not only did we lose the best coach in LSU history, but a large portion of the LSU fanbase basically approved taking control of the program away from Miles and gave it to Alleva. Those fans got what they deserve.

it was time for new blood at lsu, no one knew that by new blood at lsu it would mean everyone stays but miles and Cam. no one knew Alleva would herp derps his way into the most unqualified hires in big 6 history.

When Jarvis caught that TD, I couldn't hear myself think in TS. one of the loudest moments in TS.

you just said this past season was ," a pretty good record" and you said ," we should be happy with the 2017 record because Vandy and Kentucky would love to have a 9-4 record".
you literally change your stances depending upon which coach is at lsu.

here is your post about being happy with 9-4.....

What the frick does this even mean? You do realize Alleva is the Athletic Director at LSU right? He did, does and will continue to have said "control" until hes gone.

It means that you are short-sighted and ignorant. Supporting the removal of Miles, or Orgeron, before replacing Alleva, is an exercise in futility.

I truly believe we go undefeated that season of not for Katrina and rita.
the sec was not good that year.
just 2 teams finished with less than 3 losses.

Georgia 2013

At that moment I knew I'd graduate LSU without experiencing a championship. That killed me.

anyone that doesn't agree with this is crazy. King and Alleva shouldn't be allowed to watch reruns of STAR SEARCH,let alone run a had coaching search.

I was 14 years old, a decent football player and my dad had been to LSU-TCU SUGAR BOWL, LSU-OU SUGAR BOWL 1950, LSU-O.M. 1959, LSU-TEXAS COTTON BOWL 1963.....He was so depressed-enraged after LSU-OM 1969 I determined that literally avoiding him for a month was in my best health.
