I have one of those #72 Dorsey Jerseys that were EVERYWHERE on Ebay the weeks after they won the championship in 07. The ones with the SEC 75th patch and BCS Championship patch. It has his name on the back so i guess it only reps him. I also have a #8. And after seeing that whole story about that backup on the team whose dad was number 8 and in honor of his dad he wants to where 8 in honor of him. That kinda bums me out, because he doesnt seem like hes gonna get playing time so the 8 will basically benched.

Saw some 14's at the game...I guess they like players who don't choose LSU out of high school. Why don't they get the number of a player who actually loves LSU.

No. 37 from 1970 would be Tommy Casanova, LSU's only 3 time All American. He also, played 5 years of Pro ball before getting his Medical degree.
