Well you think the mayor gives a crap...this is the way the left runs large population areas called cities...see Baltimore, Chicago, Philly, New York, San Fran...urine, feces, needles, gunshots, gangs....all important parts of the lefts governing style.

It wasn't good when I lived there...but it's a lot worse now. Good luck.
