Yesterday may have been the most dominant game of Dj Pickett’s career

He’s been a stud in his short career at LSU so far. However, it felt like yesterday it fully came together. He was absolutely lockdown in coverage giving up 1 catch for 1 yard with two pass breakups.
To go with shutdown coverage he was an absolute animal with his tackling flying to ball carriers, not missing anything in space and hitting with physicality. The verison of Pickett we saw yesterday is the best cornerback in the country. To lose a top 6 pick in mansoor Delane and immediately have another stud in line who has filled his lockdown shoes is incredible. Bringing back Raymond has returned the CB room to DBU

Agreed. Sam , Harris and Pickett were alphas. Was baffling that Auburn repeatedly kept testing him esp on goal line fades. He’s as gifted of a man to man corner that’s come through here.
