My God, what a load of crap.
You sir, know very little about football.

My iPhone let my downvote you twice.
Speaking of fools gold...
Texas beating an uninterested and draft focused Georgia team. That friend, is fool’s gold

You are in for some SERIOUS depression.
LSU wins by at least two scores.

Please try to attack LSU’s secondary.

This is just another Saturday for LSU, bud. Glad you’re fan base is finally jacked up though.

You do realize that our secondary has two preseason all Americans? Fulton and Delpit are first round locks. If you think Tebow lite is going to throw for 300 yards you’re out of your fricking head.

I respectfully disagree with basically everything you said.
1) DKR has never been a threat to any opposing team. Especially one that went on the road to Auburn last year and pulled out a clutch victory. We should have won at A&M, and Florida the crowd didn't come into play why we lost.
2) You are severely overestimating Herman's coaching abilities. Reality is that he has proven to be an average gameday coach, blowing just as many games where he was favored than winning games he was underdogs in.
3) We will only play 1 freshmen corner in Stingley who is regarded as the best cornerback prospect maybe ever. Flott is the only other guy who has a chance at playing and it will only be 1 or 2 series barring injury... We rarely have communication breakdowns in the secondary because the truth is we don't run very many coverages. We don't need to. Our corners can man up with every WR corps in the country, so we really just play a base cover 1 with man-to-man on every WR.
4)
5) ITs going to happen. We have 3 of the most talented WRs we have had since Jarvis/Odell, and an experienced QB. The only way we don't move the ball consistently is if our O-line gets dominated in pass protection, which given that you couldn't get pressure on La Tech, I think we are fine there.
LSU - 32
Texas - 21

I appreciate you coming here and voicing your opinions.
My rebuttals:
We are one of the most experienced teams in the country. We have played in far louder and more raucous environments than Texas. It is helpful for your young guys though, that they don't have to play in Baton Rouge, but our guys will be fine.
Don't think anyone is underestimating Herman. I think most people see Herman v. Aranda as a heavyweight bout of coordinating.
Ehhh...Delpit and Fulton are elite at their positions and upperclassmen. Our other DBs are not young, unless you count Flott who won't play much against Texas. Where are you getting this?
Stingley is the only true freshman starting and he is a freak of nature. I expect you to go after him and he will make a mistake or two, but he will also make a gamebreaking play for us if he continues to be targeted.
Do you realize how rare that is? That has happened once under Aranda in 3 years and that was to Louisiana Tech, who throws 50+ times a game and just did it to you last week.
And we have a top 5 pick at safety and a senior first rounder at CB. The other CB is Stingley. Good luck.
For sure. Most of us wanted him and our AD cried and took his ball and went home when Herman countered again after UT offered. Yes, we want to beat him.
We beat teams of your caliber every year and this is by far the best our offense has looked in a decade. Our defense is elite as well.
Georgia Southern was a 10 win team that returned 80% of their production from last year and was expected to win 10 again. They aren't some shitty team.
I think you are the one underestimating here.
My rebuttals:

1. DKR is going to be rocking. Night game against a top 10 opponent at prime time. If this game was in LSU's stadium, I would be much more concerned about our inexperience at certain positions. However, I think our crowd and energy will really rock your team, particularly your younger players like your young cornerbacks.

2. Tom Herman. He's one of the best offensive guys in the game. And yes, Herman is known for having his teams show up in a BIG way for games like this. Simply put, we will not be blown out. Not at home. Herman and Ehlinger are going to dial it up in a big way, and I think you're underestimating Herman's ability to gameplan and to motivate a team.

4. The animosity you have towards Herman is noticeable. He used you to get to us. Simple fact. It seems a lot of you are still salty about that. Saturday night he'll show you why you should have offered him what he wanted.

5. I believe that your new offense is fool's gold. Yes, it looked great this past Saturday. But at the end of the day, it was Georgia Southern. I doubt that after years of not being able to consistently move the ball and throw the ball downfield that your team is suddenly able to do so. If it happens Saturday night, fine, but I don't think it will. Our defense is more stout than you realize.
