LSU wins by 3-4 scores. No debate. O could.bench Canada and insert Ensminger and still kill BYU. They won't score more than 10 points against the starters. PERIOD

Well, I have to think BYU is better than what they showed today. But we should win by 2 TD's, if not, we either have several turnovers or we were not well prepared.

I like being positive , but the Canada love will flip to hate if we lose 4 games this year and its on the offense .The rant runs from one extreme to another recruiting would be healthier if the board was more in the middle !

yeah my original prediction was something like 31-10 in that area. it could be worse for BYU.

I know and at several points in the game PS's OL was wearing BYU out at the POA, they had to sub DLman. Their DBs aren't even close to what we have at WR. If our OL and DL go into this game with something to prove, and with an attitude we should dominate them. Even if LSU played like PS did today (which will not happen) straight up, no real imagination then we would still beat BYU by a couple of scores. You add to the fact that this offense will have all these moving parts, fakes, people involved, and the fact that we can also play the physical game as well, then BYU will be sucking wind against us. They won't be ready for all this moving around PLUS physical nature of our offense. It could get real bad for BYU. Have any of y'all listened to Gene Chizik (who had some very good defense's) explain how difficult it is to stop this offense? He also mentioned that it is indeed an easy offense but how multiple it is what makes it tough. You can't get into any kind of a rhythm as a defense, and never know what's going to happen next. There is no packages he works from so you can't identify the offense which makes it hard for anyone much less BYU. You can't really blitz because if you guess wrong, it's a huge score. You have to basically sit there and wait for the offense to get going then react, even then, they can react wrong. You can play power or finness out of it on any given play. He said you really need an entire summer to prepare for it. Being how BYU just played this week, they will have had maybe 7 days. Lmao

Looks like I was pretty much spot on huh? Being real, not positive. I know folks who have told me all about this years preparation so I was confident. Score should have been 45-0 really. But I wanted to be a little conservative with my prediction of 35-6. 27-0 is pretty damn close and could have been closer without the missed FG. 30-0. This LSU team will get better and better. They have been held back for years, the HC now is letting them play to their full potential and moral is sky high. It's going to be a great season.
