The SEC, I agree. The CFP on the other hand is not apart of the NCAA, and it can do whatever it wants. I can promise you the CFP is not gonna go belly up for not including LSU. It hasn't included them in 7 years and it's doing just fine.

Do you realize the Supreme Court doesn't have to hear any cases it doesn't want to? They can just decline to speak on the issue, like they have for about 100 years at this point.
