It is a different day, game & age. With the changes at the HS level, more talenented, developed QBs are in D-1. If you accept a scholarship to a D-1, you have to expect competition. The dummy at Clemson was “embarrassed” to be benched, forgetting that he is one play away from being the man again. If I am the HC, I am not interested in a self centered “me” guy that gives up on his team. This guy has left the team, sitting out the rest of the season. It is called character that is hard to find in the world of entitlement. Clemson & OHST have depth at the position on their benches; they can let the the guys walk, wish them well & never look back.
