Les! I remember him attending the CWS supporting. He's also well liked in the community/university.
Can he help in hiring the best coaches for all sports and gain more booster support. I think he can.

Alleva has hired three basketball coaches all of who failed. He used a fricked up process to hire the football coach no matter how it turns out.
So, I would take Les today and never look back.

Posters on here act like winning 9 games every year is easy yet from 2009-2013 only 3 programs won at least 9 games every year and lsu was one of them.

Les, put the phone down. You can't come back as A.D.

It's a Cornelian Dilemma.

+1 for Les. He's a natural as AD.

les was such a negative for the football program, I dont want him anywhere around LSU.
That's untrue. He had his issues and it was time for a change, but he earned enough respect to have people confront this sort of statement when it gets made. He was actually very positive for lsu.

Les' press conferences as AD would be far more entertaining than Alleva

No he wasn't. He was a great asset to the school. He would make a great AD as soon as the position opens - which won't be for a long, long time.

Les would hire BDP to replace JJ.

Anyone would be better than Alleva.

Where are these coaches that havent hired bad assistants?
Some of the bad assistants miles has hired have been really good in some aspects. As bad as people thought Peveto was, he was integral in us getting several big time recruits.
Miles' bad hires are Crowton and Cam.
Crowton had a successful 1st season and cam had a successful 1st season.
