The guy is like 33 years old and has already run one of the most lucrative college football teams in the country. That might not be the exact track to become an nfl GM yet, but that’s pretty damn good. What other 30 year-olds would you vouches for to become nfl gm’s today?

hopefully as a future NFL GM he has learned to get your offer in writing before quitting your current position.
