How is someone who is optimistic and reasonable about the outcome of games miserable in any way? I don't understand how much stupidity can be fit into one small portion of a fanbase. What you people don't realize is that there's a difference between being critical and being a douchebag. We all know that the players and coaches make mistakes. That's fine, and it's critical to success that the fanbase demands changes. Malveto and Stud at OC were both shining examples of that. What isn't helpful is the constant decimation of ANYONE with a positive outlook for the team. I can't tell you how many times I've seen a positive post met with a wave of negative, bullshite "YOU SUNSHINE PUMPER LOSERS ARE RUINING LSU FOOTBALL!" posts. The person with optimism and a rational outlook isn't the person ruining the program. They're still supporting, attending games, doing their TAF shite, and buying gear. It's the person who is doing all of that begrudgingly and hates anyone else who isn't as miserable as they are that's ruining it for everyone. Posting something positive about the game yesterday will only lead to the poster being destroyed about how awful every aspect was and how miserable they should be. Yeah, it was shitty for most of the game, and it sucks to witness. It's just ridiculous to be so negatively affected by a sport that is supposedly beloved because of the constant possibility of upsets and the unexpected happen. Again, I'm not saying not to complain. I'm just saying that it's pretty pathetic to go onto every positive post and take it upon yourself to try to make everyone as miserable as you are.
