He also brought in Jay Johnson. BK contract sucks but the program needed a big name coach at the time with what Coach O had done his previous two years. Even if he was giving a 4 year contract to begin with he would have gotten an extension after year two. Same thing happened with Florida. Best solution is to figure out how to surround him with better coaches for success. Sloan and O line coach need to go. Maybe even Hankton.

If he doesn't go, we really can't expect changes to be made.
He is a pompous arse who trashed Coach O way more than he should have. Lauded BK and overpaid him and got lucky with a couple of other hires.

100% agreed. The bigger problem is woodcock giving jimbo contracts out to shite coaches
