First game without Mitchell and the ladies were able to get a huge win over a team that beat them earlier in the season. Aifuwa had 19 pts. and 16 rebs. Four players in double figures, so probably one of the most balanced games they have played in a very, very long time. A tough stretch of games coming up with Tennessee, Auburn, and South Carolina.

Tennessee game is huge....if they can win that, then they have a chance to finish Top-4 in the league because there are some very winnable games remaining.

Auburn sucks, but it is on the road so that will make it tougher.

They aren't beating South Carolina.

The final 2 home games are Georgia and Vandy, which should be definite wins.

The last game at Arkansas could be a big game for the standings also.

I really enjoy watching this team play. I hate that Mitchell is done, but those who remain play their arse off. If they lose games, it isn't because they didn't play hard.

Loss for LSU.

I watched SC destroy UCONN last night before and during the LSU game.

I don't know if there's any definite wins. They're stepping up great so far but we've been hitting 3s and if that goes away for a stretch and the other team can hit them we're behind the 8 ball. Faustine cant get in foul trouble either. That got in her head and hurt her on the offensive end last night. She was rushing her shots because she didn't want the defender set to take a charge.

As much as I have bitched about Nikki she has coached her arse off this year. We have exceed expectations for sure.

Games that really concern me the most are Tennessee, Arkansas and SC. SC is a loss easily. Tennessee seems like a bad matchup because of their size and defense. Mitchell carried us when we played them earlier this year. Although that team is a turnover machine. Arkansas has its flaws but they can put up points.

Auburn worries me a little because their D has always been very physical and its on the road. We have finished games much much better this year and I think in large reason is the upperclassmen leadership is significantly better this year.

I don't think any game is a given coming down the stretch but taking care of the games at home at important, and we did that last night vs Missouri.

There is not much gap between teams 3-7 in the league but Carter is suppose to be back for A&M soon. Hope they finish the year strong. They are a NCAAT team, how they finish the year will determine how high that seed is

I have heard rumblings about discord in College Station. Rumors that Carter doesn't want to play and injure herself further. She should have been back by now and I think they expected to have her back for Miss. St.
