Her lack of recruiting is unacceptable. She can't possibly survive past this year given her salary.

She makes more than Paul, she should have never been given the salary and she should have been fired last year. Any run she made, she did with Van's players.

They need to go after Chanda Husser Rigby, the head coach at Troy University. She was born and raised in Franklinton and got her start at Loranger HS. She is #1 in the country in turning programs around!

Fargas isn't going anywhere this year. The team is decimated by injuries. She has 2 transfers who are sitting out this year who are actually pretty good....and she also has a good recruiting class coming in next year for a change. She gets next year to figure it out....then the chips will fall how they may.
