I can see the committee looking at LSU's resume, "wow undefeated SEC Champions, beat Bama, Florida, A&M etc., uh oh guys we have a problem here, they didn't play McNeese or WKU, NO PLAYOFF!!!"

Not refuting your statement as it is valid but you are crazy to think WKU and Mcneese are in the same class.

WKU is a legitimate team. Watched them against Vandy and the other night against NTSU and remember they were in a Bowl game last year eventhough there are alot of Bowl games. Also , their QB is probably the best we will face all year. Could even be better than Dak Prescott. Sometimes these so called Rent A Wins turn out to be a better team expected. We need to be ready for this game much like any other game.

Valid point, but I don't care if LSU missed a game with the Packers, if they run the table and win the SEC championship it's insane to think they wouldn't be in a playoff, just a dumb thread. Let's play one game at a time and not worry about it.

The models are still way far out for any gulf system. I've seen them take that low they develope into Lake Charles, Borwnsville, Tx, and Florida in the last day or two.

In short, let's worry about it when it's developed and we have a real idea where it'll end up.

Hurricane season is June 1st - November 30th.

You would think people down here would know this.

Hurricane Wilma hit Florida October 23...on the Gulf side.

But yeah, 1% chance...

a weather model 7 days is completely worthless.

Ithe has a very remote chance of becoming a depression. A hurricane is extremely unlikely.

People down here know that once out if September a hurricane is very unlikely. Late October hurricanes are a rarity in Louisiana.

Only 5 hurricanes on record after October 15th. Hurricane season essentially ends October 10th in Louisiana.

We should be more worried about Western KY. They are at least feisty. They were slaughtering NTSU last nite and had a sign in the stands saying, "LSU, you are next." I am not too concerned but they have a little fight in them,

Good offense, no defense. Mills should be back by then (if he isn't vs Florida). They'll score 20+, but LSU should win by 21+.
