Would he move back to LG over Hines? Interesting to see with Hines playing so well

How likely is it that he comes back?

Did something change? Yesterday Coach O didn’t sound optimistic. Said he was at 60% and didn’t know how someone at 60% could be ready by game time

Practicing full for the past 2 days and taking first string reps has to be a positive sign

Cushenberry has been quoted this week saying Brumfield is coming back

Anyway we can have Charles, Brumfield, Cush, Lewis, and try and put Hines at RT. Deculus just doesn’t cut it out there. I know Hines has the frame of a guard, but I think he’s one of our best 5 lineman.

Magee at RT. Idk if Hines would manage RT well

Magee probably makes most sense. I hate not having Hines in there because of how well he has been playing though.

Yeah that was out of left field. You can't just throw a young guard in at tackle like that and expect it to work

I find coach O usually errors on the side of his players not playing for the next game when reporting to the media. I expect Brumfield to be ready to kick arse come game time.

It’s all about putting the 5 best guys out there.

Would Magee really be an upgrade at RT? Didn’t he start out there and was replaced by Deculus? I wouldn’t keep shuffling lineups. They are starting to build cohesion, which is paramount w/ OL play.

Didn’t Orgeron say yesterday that although Brumfield has been practicing, it’s unlikely that he will play?

I feel Hines is an improvement over Brumfield. Hopefully the kid earned the spot with his play.

O said on Monday he was only at 60%. He said a lot could change in 2 weeks but didn’t expect him to play vs Bama.

But even if he comes back, he is going to be rusty & for Bama game of all games, that's not good...

Magee will start re watching the MSU game Deculus was inconsistent at best. His pass blocking is bad, doesn’t move his feet well and lunges. I think Burrows internal clock was going off early because he was anticipating pressure coming from that side
When Magee came in the difference was immediate.
