There is always a risk/reward balance.

I think The reward is greater in a playoff game.

But the whole point is that this game doesn’t mean anything.

We've had 2 sit outs. LF was injured the entire year it wasn't worth playing the game for him. Greedy should play imo but I don't really care; he worked his arse off to get where he is, one exhibition game isn't going to change my opinion of him.

Blah Blah Blah, money/family/injury. All players have the risk, which is VERY rarely realized, but LSU leads in weak-chested players who don't play. We also lead with in players in NFL and little to show for it. This all means something.


I mean we puff out our chests about NFLSU and use it as a recruiting tool. How can we expect our players to stay when they have a chance to realize the dream they came here to chase? Would you rather Greedy and LF7 played in their bowl games or we continue getting big name recruits who we can hopefully ride to future National Championships?
