Nope.
You tards predicting a blow out with no reason to believe that will be bitching and screaming like 12 year old girls around here and on sports talk radio when LSU doesn't win by at least 21.

We saw outlandish predictions for TCU, Washington, Oregon, North Carolina.... all season openers. The Oregon game was the only one that came close.

It will be a win, but probably 7-10 points.

taking into account the uncertainties of each team, this is what we know:

both teams strength is oline, and running game.
new wr's all aaround
niether team strength is qb
wisc has to replace entire front 7, LSU replaces both d tackles.

what is left is where LSU has a substantial advantage. defensive backfield. LSU will be able to drop a safety down into the box without worry. wisconsin will be nervous when they drop a safety into the box. LSU cb's will handle wisc wr's without trouble. the reverse cannot be said.

That is quite an analysis...

Pretty excited for this game.

Not only did they practically lose their entire front 7, but it's also a B1G defense, aka slow. Remember what Jeremy did to Iowas slow arse D?

Now add in a disgusting O Line and a 230lb thoroughbred in the back field...

LSU 37
Wisky 17

I'm glad the team doesn't think like our clueless fans.

If you think anything other than LSU is going to roll Wisconsin you are the one that's clueless. By the middle of the third quarter wiscy's defense will be out of gas and LSU will almost score at will. The only way Wiscy could even have a chance is if they had to play on a sloppy field and that isn't going to happen. LSU rolls 38-13

LSU barely beat an awful TCU team with the greatest offense in program history last year.

you didn't watch the same game I did, that game was a stupid penalty, a shitty call, and a one kick off return from being about a 30 point blowout

I would not be shocked if Wisconsin beats LSU, but I would be very, very surprised.

This is not some "for-the-most-part-meaningless" bowl game where you never know what team will be excited to be in and what players have already checked out mentally to the NFL and unexpected upsets happen regularly......This is the season opener: both teams have had 8 months to prepare, and the better team will win, and LSU is the better team. Not to mention the turf and the partisan LSU crowd also playing into LSU's favor on top of simply being better than Wisconsin to begin with.

Wisconsin has a fine, fine program, and they certainly deserve our respect and attention; Unfortunately for the Badgers, they will get both because it's the season opener and we will be ready and LSU will win.

This game may be close into the 3rd quarter or so, but a 4th quarter score or two pulls LSU away to a 27-13-ish win.

I was there and saw the jumbotron tit.

And all those things happen, you can do shoulda woulda couldas for every game if you want but the fact is LSU won by 3 points.

If you call a 10 win season a down year I guess so.

Wisconsin will have a better offense. LSU wins ugly 23-21.

This is by far a more realistic score. Wisconsin has always had great big Olineman drafted in the NFL, its the one constant about their program. Both teams D's will tested severely.
