And let’s not forget how Fla’s coach Mullen made Aranda look very average.

6 points in the 2nd half. the offense have up as many points as the defense

Saying the LSU defense showed up in every game is BS

which game did they not show up in?

please say a&m so your agenda will become evident to everyone.

his refusal to call any all out blitz’s and instead forcing the secondary and linebackers to run all over the field to cover. A practice that actually wore the LSU defense down

LSU finished the year 2nd in the country in opponents passer rating.

Without Chaisson they were less than stellar and got used on long balls and run defense.

Too many long balls completed because of LSU defenses’s lack of pressure up front. Aranda claims the pressure will be much improved in 2019. Like some fans like to say about the LSU offense improving, will believe it when we see it.

Fans will see the impact that Chaisson has in 2019, and could have had in 2018. The 2019 LSU Tigers really have the potential for a much stronger season.

Right. When I first read that I was trying to think of some past team this could apply to. First thing that came to mind was the 2005 season when Flynn got his first start against Miami in the Peach Bowl. But I didn't remember the defense being bad in that 11-2 season.

Then I kept reading and rolled my eyes.

When was the last time LSU had an elite Dline?

Maybe 2012 or 2014.

Brick and Chavis were not landing guys towards the end of their career

O was supposed to fix it and that 2016 class was amazing.

The last 3 have not addressed the DL like we would have hoped (outside NT)

Agree, outside of nose tackle where’s the talent. Maybe it shows up this year. I just know it’s been several years. Orgeron seems to be more aggressive now recruiting Dlinemen.
