There will not be major college football In the spring. It’s completely unfeasible for FBS and FCS and probably most of the lower divisions too.

It's just a push-back statement to avoid the decision for now - makes no sense and won't happen.

No one is going to play in the Spring.
If they cancel the fall, Biden gets elected and the media stops scaring people, then in the Spring they will have extra time with the team to make up for the lost season. Maybe even an exhibition game or two. But you cannot play football all year long. It will be focused on 2021.

Football will NOT happen in the spring and it’s silly AND stupid to think it will.
