McNeese and Central Michigan are not top tier programs-but one can still tell plenty from these games. If the Tigers blow them out and play well-that's expected-team was prepared and excecated. But if those games are close and the defense has blown coverages and gaping holes for RB's to run through-if the offensive line gets pushed around and the QB has to run for his life.....we learn it's really going to be a long season! Especially the Central Michigan game-they are not terrible and can hang with an SEC team...

If LSU wins, even convincingly, we don't learn much. Defense performance, particularly communication and intensity are what I would like to see.

Missed game, Houma, but saw replay. Defense looked like last year. Tackle stats very misleading. Chased a lot. No fire on Defense.

Do we really have two first time coordinators? Never been coordinators at lesser schools? LSU? We got out coached.

Both sides of the ball the philosophy seemed passive.

On defense we don't try to take things or players away from the offense. We sit back and react and Chip Kelly schooled our first time D coordinator.

On offense our o line played flat at best. This is where no depth, except maybe Dellinger, will make this a long season. And starters gone next year. Could be rebuilding this year and next year.

If they win by a lot-we learn that they can at least get the team back emotionally and they can game plan somewhat-depends on how well they play. Lot of decent teams played shitty this past week at times....I want to see improvement in all phases including coaching!!

We never blow these teams out, even in the past when we were good. There is a good chance we lose one of these next two. That is how bad we are. I’ve accepted this season is not going to be good. You should too.

We won’t learn a damn thing plying G5 schools

We better blow the doors off of state too.

We have a 5 game stretch that’ll decide our future

I learned enough watching last season and last weeks game. Orgeron’s only answer is to keep firing people and hoping to strike gold.

I imagine the next two games will carry the consistent theme of unorganization, lack of adjustments, and confusion among players due to horrific, unqualified coaching.

We’ll just out talent McNeese and prob lose to Central Michigan.

We’ll learn how hot it’s gonna be tailgating.
How long the wait will be for some dumba$$ college kid to check your vax card just to get in.
How limited the menu is at the concession stand.
How 2 beers will cost you the price of a case.
And how, yeah…this staff and team is STILL TERRIBLE!
