LSU football makes money, and has a substantial impact on the economy of Baton Rouge. No public money will be used to buy out Kelly. Landry already knows this; he is just looking for exposure. Landry will learn that he better not interfere with LSU sports as well as the very well heeled men who support it. If he continues to do what he is doing, his political career will be i jeopardy. I felt better after watching the press conference this morning.
I now hope that the adults are in charge and that they are free to ignore Landry who is enjoying making a fool of himself.
