I don't care how good he looks, its way to early to compare him to one of our greatest players ever.

He is much better prepared to play then almost all of our young linebackers in the past. Those guys just knew how to go for the ball and for every big play they made, they were faked completely out of the play numerous times.

I watched Perkins play his position on several plays to keep the outside covered on plays that went up the middle. If he was showing the tendency to just go after the ball, the outside would be wide open and our opponents would capitalize on it.
