Chill. You don't know what Brennan is yet.

I have seen him play a bunch of games in HS. I know it’s not the same as SEC. But I know talent when I see it.. I have seen what most have not seen and I stand by my post. He is young but he has a competitive edge like very few. If he were the same age as JB and had the same development opportunities as JB you would have never heard the name Burrow on the LSU campus. Brennan’s time is near. Whether it’s due to injury or attrition he will make the LSU Nation always remember the day that Myles Brennan took over as the QB of the LSU Tigers.

Com'on. If if was a fifth then we'd all be drunk.

Brennan needs to sit back and soak up the leadership and football acumen of JB.

If he's patient, his time will come and he'll have the opportunity to show his worth.

That’s what I said. After all that we agree. His time is coming.

Brennan will NEVER be ready to be thrown into action at LSU. He is not an SEC quality starting qb and he never will be. Josh Rosen wasn't an SEC qb either. His future, along with Rosen, would/were be more secure and much better suited for a PAC12 or BIG12 school.

The coaching staff seems to be taking the gamble that if burrow stays healthy, and Brennan redshirts we will have finally stabilized the QB situation at LSU. Their only hedge to this bet is the new redshirt rule allowing brennan to come in for an emergency that hopefully doesn't force him to play more than 4 games
