Why you hate bama, a sharing thread (trigger warnings)

It was my first and last time in Tuscaloosa to see LSU play Bama in early November 2007.
After LSu had a huge come from behind win I was walking across their campus back to our tailgate spot and to reconnect with my group and share in the revelry.
Upon approaching a small group of concrete steps along the path, I suddenly noticed as I was airborn and looking at a face plant into the concrete. I get up with blood in my eyes to see 2 "bama fans" yell "rawl tyde"....
pathetic fanbase, awful people.

I was threatened with a billy club by a Tuscaloosa police officer for trying to cross the street on the Strip after the 9-6 game...They were having a police escort for a herd of walking Bama fans, because LSU fans took over Tuscaloosa after the win. I was trying to keep up with my friends on the other side

I was a 11 year old boy sitting in the rain November 1979 and some stupid gump (didn't even exist really at that point lol) told me and my brother (older who had brought me to the game) that Bama was college football and would always be college football and if we wanted to experience "wins" we better say roll tide

I was in Tuscaloosa for the game in 2005. After LSU won the game and I stepped out onto the strip, I was bombarded with screams of "Go back to your flooded home!" and "Thank God for Katrina!"
