The weather is always a tossup and no fan support. Wouldn’t it be better to head out west and swing the bats in warm weather?

I know it's a moving date.

my point is Mardi Gras always falls sometime in February or March, usually around the time LSU baseball starts. Outside of our trip to Houston, how many weekend series does LSU play on the road?

Cold games around Mardi Gras are common for LSU baseball.

They play most weekends at home before SEC play starts...guess you could call it preseason games....most are aganist northern teams looking to getting away from the cold....

It’s not like you can’t figure out where Mardi Gras weekend falls.

You realize it’s cold in most of the rest of the country, right?

Could just be like Michigan - Arizona last weekend, Florida this weekend, then 11 days in California. Then you’d bitch cuz we never play at home.
