Why is the media not even mentioning LSU??

I don't get it. Watched the sports reporters this AM, have been reading all the web sites and many journalists are not even mentioning LSU??? Last year that was all they could talk about even when we got beat by kentucky and arkansas we were being talked about. We are heading in the right direction but the media is crowning Bama as the national champs right now. ESPN is hardly if at all mentioning LSU. Amazing they are going through the top ten and not even talking about us???

Because Bama is the big story. It's not very interesting to say, "LSU beat an average team by 10 at home last night."
ETA, other big stories are the upsets, especially Florida and USC. LSU is just not worth mentioning at this point.

We played poorly against an awful team last night. This entire college football week was one of huge wins and upsets. Why would we be mentioned?

There were too many big stories over the weekend for them to mention a ho-hum beating of MSU.

Every team they've crowned as destined for the National Title game (except OU) have lost. Do you really want them talking about us? I Don't!
