So you think it's in the job description for the compliance department if they find rules being broken they are supposed to help cover up the violations???

I'm mostly pissed at the ineptitude that there wasn't anyone watching out for shite like this and nipping it in the bud.

The violations reported in the case also included more than 3,600 phone calls that three noncoaching staff members either made to or received from high school coaches and administrators, prospects and family members of prospective students.

When the governing body tells you to not talk about a SPECIFIC event.
You can talk to player B about anything under the sun, but you best not talk about the specific event that the governing body told you not to talk about.

i understand that. i was replying to the poster who asked why wasn't this nipped in the bud before it happened. it's pretty hard to control shep 24/7. i am sure he was told to not say anything but he still did it. allegedly
