Why is it acceptable for the SEC to be lawless?

They are the ones who are completely ignoring a valid state court order and continuing to take actions meant to keep the athletes that sued the SEC from competing in the SEC. Whether or not those actions were taken against LSU or anyone else, it is clear that their actions are primarily intnded to do the thing they are enjoined from doing.

The SEC is the only entity that has acted lawlessly to date.

Because the SEC is an “Alabama unincorporated association”, Louisiana courts absolutely have jurisdiction over its actions since one of its member institutions is located in Louisiana and has its primary place of business there. Because it is unincorporated, it is located in every state in which a member institution operates.
