Because this is baseball. It is time for all the young guns to come out throwing their best stuff. I think Hillard is a great pitcher and he is just now ready to start pitching his game comfortably . The Tiger pitching is tough to learn. Tiger fans really need to support these guys they need not criticize them. They need fan support every game. Not just when they are on their game.

I’m thinking Hilliard will give us 5-6 solid innings. We figure out a way to pull off a win Friday night, confidence will go through the roof and we will sweep Ole Miss.

I believe his final line was 4IP w/ 2ER. But still gave us exactly what we needed. Steady start, located well, and efficient. Gave us a chance, which is all we needed
