nope, just knew it would take too much work to prove a dumbass wrong... besides you still cant name one time scott came through on 4th down and short in a big time game or situation this year.

quote:

The last two games have been against cupcake teams. Jefferson can't perform under pressure and can't throw beyond the sticks in tight coverage. Also, when the pressure is on him in big games, I notice how he automatically avoids looking down field and starts lowering his head far too early. The kid is a nightmare at QB and is the prime reason we are not undefeated right now and couldn't score a TD against Florida

whew hew we got a smart person in here now...i was gettin lonely..

Is it not the truth? Jordan Jefferson is a terrible QB and has hindered our offensive potential all around him in big games. It's a shame to have as much talent as this LSU squad and have a QB who can't manage to function and utilize all of this team's talent on the field.

JJ have been a good QB but not a great QB. If we want to win a NC JJ have to play great. We want that greatness because we want the NC

Even if we go 10-2 this season the rantards will still be calling for Lee. What more can you ask for from a true sophomore playing aruably the toughest schedule in the SEC.

There will be no repeat of last year of LSU's qb throwing 6 interceptions and a pick six.

Someone can't count, fwiw I would take a lot of those QBs over JJ you were comparing him to. Most of them have proven the ability to throw the ball down field accurately and if you want to say his comp % is higher then look at the type of passes he is attempting and what types of passes the others are attempting.

Ummm, in hindsight, I would say that JL would have LSU at 7-1 right now as well. I would imagine that Jefferson thanks God every night that he has the defense that he has this year. And JL probably wonders why God burdened him with the most piss-poor excuse for a defense in the last decade last year.

This is a tale of two different situations, but skill level and leadership capabilities and character are pretty evenly matched.

In my opinion he has played well in the last two games, he has not thrown more than one interception in a game... ever, and regardless of being sacked (I blame O-line) he has made some great plays with his feet. Enough of the Lee talk guys.

You will see after Saturday. And you can throw out all the statictics you want. TD's, Int's, blah, blah, blah. It's not always about statictics but how you lead your team and how the team responds to you. We need a leader and he is not one. He is a good football player but he is not the future of this team.

Why do you think Miles wouldn't go for the TD on 4th down on the 1 yard line in the Florida game? Is that what he did the last time we played them in Tiger Stadium? He used to be called the Riverboat Gambler, and for good reason. But he has no confidence in this team. And, frankly, it is not Miles' responsibility to put his trust in them. It is THEIRS to earn his trust by the way they play on the field. Saturday would be a good time for them to make a statement, not just to us fans, but to their coach and to the rest of the country.

And I disagree with you blaming only the offensive line for the sacks. Yes, some of them were the fault of breakdowns on the O-line but most of them stem from JJ's inability to get rid of the ball in a timely manner. He has to make his reads and get rid of the ball quickly. He is not doing that.

I am not nor have I been on JJ, but I believe if we are going to beat Bama or any good team our offensive line has to play a lot better than it has in any game this year. Charles Scott or Kelland Williams are good running backs, somebody has to block for them to gain yards and no one has blocked all year. Someonbe has to block for JJ or any other QB to throw.
Saturday watch Black-not good.....

Al Roker would have lit up Auburn and Tulane's defenses. Let's see what happens this weekend.

The only time this year LSU's offense faced a truly great defense, we put up three points. Alabama's defense is just as good.
