I’m not talking about the one that went over the fence . I’m talking about the one that went over his head and bounced off the middle of the wall.

I think we know that now you’ve clarified. Still a stupid take.

Yeah, that ball was hit hard and they're fortunate that wasn't a HR. Couple more feet it was gone.

So my main point is he shouldn’t be in leadoff and he’s in a major slump.

So how should the lineup look then in your opinion?

Why is it stupid. He wouldn’t even have to jump to catch that ball. He misplayed it like he has misplayed many balls this year. You are in denial or just arguing for the sake of arguing.

No, I asked what his % is because it's very possible he's seeing the ball well and still getting on base. He's had some bad swings but he also is getting unlucky on a lot of clapped balls like in this game not finding gaps.

6-35 batting .171 and you’re defending a pop up. Congrats dude. Our lead off. Hitter. Man you so got me in so wrong. He hit a poo up today and isn’t 2-44 he’s 6-35. Man you sure showed me………dude give it up the guy will be a career .400 hitter at lsu but the last two months he shouldn’t even be playing. Period.

Ok let me go figure out his obp to further prove the point that a blind man can see that he’s in a major slump and shouldn’t be batting first. Give me 5 to go get more stats.

BS lol. It was a line shot on a rope that one hopped the wall. He had about enough time to turn his hips before it was over his head. We’re not going to come to a good conclusion on this one. It was not some routine fly ball.

I'm not denying he's in a slump right now. Most of the hitters in the lineup are in a slump and get streaky.

If LSU is going to do much Curiel has to play good. It feels like when he's hot this lineup starts raking. And a freshman can't learn anything sitting on the bench. What do you think the lineup should look like? I didn't think Jones should be in the 2 hole before this game and he blasted 2.

you’re defending a pop up.

You said he didn’t get it out of the infield. I’m just stating you are 100% incorrect. Don’t have an opinion about Curiel personally as I know he’s been slumping. Never said he wasn’t.

I said he’s slumping isn’t seeing the ball
And teams have figured him out. and shouldn’t be leadoff. I stated and said clearly by my count he was 2-44. He’s 6-35 and I missed a pop up tonight and you thought it was so awesome to say I was 100% wrong. Yeah bro do you.

Never said sit him I said move him down in the order till he figures it out. He’s batting .171 and has a obp of around .220. You’re defending that he should stay leadoff???

Well if you’re going to argue one way or the other you may want to get facts right then just spill out whatever you feel like it lol. You exaggerated how much he’s been struggling. You still haven’t given your opinion on who should start above or how the lineup should look.

No, I think several guys need to get moved in the lineup but Jay doesn't seem to think they need to. I still don't agree with Jones being in the 2 hole either despite the game he had today. He SOs are incredibly high for a 2 hole hitter.

So a guy with a .171 average in the last month and an half and a .274 obp shoukd be batting leadoff for the number one team in the nation?? Is that factual enough for you. You’re defending that right?? Or you just want to feed off emotions that I’m making a very valid point that you do t agree with. Get a life my guy
