Can’t really argue against this. But to be a little fair, this is a hard team to enjoy watching as poorly as we do so many things. Having said that, the negativity is pathetic.

Well yeah, no shite it’s frustrating. My wife hates me right now because I used every derogatory term in the book since that shite bag lefty, who just nearly doubled his entire seasons performance in one game, came in and shut down our entire lineup.
No one is denying that this team has been frustrating at times this season. It sucks that we have the horses that we have and couldn’t get it done tonight. But, we’ve won 2 out of 3 so far and have 1 more game to potentially host a super regional in Baton Rouge, if I understand the rules correctly. Elimination games are what this program was built on, so how bout move on, and save the post season we suck shite until we lose.
Promise you most of the people arguing with the NegaNancy’s here share a lot of the same opinions, but we are who we are and we are where we are. Just pull for the Tigers and hope that we have a pitcher step up and show some nuts like that stupid lefty did tonight.

It’s been a fun weekend with no misery whatsoever. Just a lot of friends, family, beer and baseball that was stressful.

No one “hates” this team. This team is frustrating to watch because of the amount of talent being squandered. You can argue whether or not Jay is responsible, but wasting four future pros in Crews-Doughty-Morgan-Berry is maddening. Two of which will likely be multi-time all-stars.
Not saying that it was possible to do a complete program reset in one offseason, but to potentially not even make it out of a regional would be severely disappointing.

I can’t justify spending time arguing with someone who thinks this team is not even above average.
I could’ve responded with a long, well thought out post, presenting all of the facts, stats, and history that unequivocally proves otherwise. However, based on your post, it would have been a giant waste of time.
Instead, I’ll just say that I hope you, who I assume does care about LSU and this team, can enjoy watching the game with some hope that we win. Then if we do win, I hope you can enjoy that our team is one of 16 remaining in the country.

How the frick have they been “wasted”? You make it sound like CJJ has these guys riding pine all season or some shite… like wtf. They have actually been so far opposite of “wasted” that they become victims of their own success bc of feeble minded fans like you…. These dudes are young still and arrived in BR and immediately became stars. That immediate success led to this entitled arse mindset you have…
A bunch of sophomores and freshman, with a first year head coach and no experienced starting pitching just finished 4th in the fricking SEC and is playing in a rubber match tomorrow for a shot at hosting a Super… but sure, that definitely sounds like “squandered talent”…
