He has been indicted for it.

Way to jump to conclusions.

And you obviously don't know what that means.

The only major distraction to our Tigers now is our impossibly ignorant fanbase.

Nope. He's been indicted for simple battery. Unless you were in the GJ room, you don't know what facts produced the indictment.

Second, I'll try to make this simple for you . . .indictment does NOT equal guilt by any stretch of the imagination. Innocent people are indicted by grand juries. Usually, they are eventually acquitted, thank God.

So you are just assuming he is guilty? Meaning you don't know he did it for a fact? So an indictment can't be your "evidence".

And police statements point to the kick as being JJs only involvement. So yeah, JJ kicked him the head while he was lying face down

Again, unless you were actually in the GJ room, you don't know the basis of the indictment.

The only thing he was charged with was kicking the guy. He has been indicted. The only reason it would be a simple battery would be that the GJ didn't believe the victim's injuries met the standard of 2nd Degree Battery or they didn't believe JJ had the intent to inflict serious bodily harm.

Now I don't know how anyone could interpret a kick to the head of a defenseless person as anything other than likely to committ great bodily harm, so you have to ask yourself, why simple battery?

You've still yet to prove how you know he did it.

I think it is pretty easy. If people thought JJ was going to be a good QB instead of hurting this team, then there would be more support for him. I am only guessing here, but I would guess that those people think that as long as he was not on the team, he could not hurt the team.

Right or wrong, I am pretty confident that the driver of these feelings are all about the fans having a want for some more crystal.

I can't. But some of the people on here know who I am, and would understand how I know.
