Every coach that has ever left during Miles' tenure "left to pursue other opportunities". Miles does this in a classy manner.

If you watch clips of practice, over half the time Stud is not even coaching the OL...Miles was hands on coaching them. I always found it odd that Miles was so hands on with the OL but now it makes sense. I think Miles knew the job wasn't getting done by Stud, stepped in, and then finally got tired of doing his job for him. He knew his part time cover up for Stud wasn't working and they needed a full time, real OL coach to get better.

Many years of highly touted lineman underachieving, very few lineman put into the NFL in his tenure, demoted OC, demoted recruiter and completely lost N LA...take your pick.

fwiw, former lineman that had stud as a position coach are THRILLED today
