Why didn’t we recruit Ardoin at catcher

Anyone know why we didn’t recruit Danny Ardoin’s son to play catcher. Starting for Texas as a freshman. Looks like he is having a nice start to his career.

We got this dude named Milazzo, and he's pretty damn good too.

We had three catchers in the class already at the time he switched his commitment from mcneese to Texas. We felt comfortable we would get two of the three, we didn’t lose any to the draft and one went the juco route.

He's a good player, think he put one off the wall so far and is batting, .333
