Coach O's offense worked so much better because he cut practicing on the field to 30 minutes and focused more on breaking down game film.
More than likely, Coach O had the team mentally prepared by paying more attention to detail, focusing on the intangibles of football while exploiting the weaknesses of their adversary instead of "Power Football." Every Coach may have a plan, but properly executing the plan separates good coaches from great coaches!
