Why do u guys want Les gone? Also who do u guys think will be the next HC if/when he leaves for Michigan. U gotta admit Les has been successful @ LSU.

I for one and im not the only one actually like les and like what he has done for the program. I think its one or the other.. People who like miles hates crowon...and vice versa.

At LSU some fans have been so critical on the team that if we dont win every game they want someones head......I myself was embarassed by the booing and really think in the long run that can hurt recruiting.

11-2 has completely turned the fan base back on board with keeping Miles.

He could have easily gone 8-5 this season and Miles might be doing TV next year.

LSU looked really good in the Bowl with good QB play..

The QB play is the secret to it all

I have liked Les from the start. Don't want to him to leave.

Have there been times where I questioned some of the plays, yes. But I still feel he has done more for the program than any other coach, Saban included!

Exactly....Yeah he makes some risks and when they dont turn out like everyone wants they feed off that but people tend to foget how many times he has rolled the dice and has came out on top. I think we are taking that away from him and not letting him be Les

Our fan base is made up largely of idiots who think no matter what the circumstances, LSU MUST compete for the MNC EVERY year. People on this board were screaming for Les' job when he was 7-0. Can you imagine that. These arse hats forgot the days between Charlie Mac and Saban. We were happy to be 6-6 during that era. Now 12-2 still isn't good enough.Go figure.

I agree..The bottom line is W's and who cares how u get them as long as ya do. dont know if any u guys listen to finebaum but i am a regular caller to his show and i think paul had alot to do with your season. y'all should thank him because after he made a few comments about les it seemed the team rallied around miles and well the rest has been history...

Well that and Miles is a great player to coach kind of coach. He listens to his kids and you can actually see that he is proud of every single one of them. This is also why he is such a great recruiter. His players respect him to the fullest.

I think he's here. He said this is the greatest job in America, and I believe him. He's honest with his ball players and up front with us," Peterson said. "I hope he's coming back, but he said he's here. ... So I can't wait to see the final decision and Avery will be on his way as well."

Coach Miles has character and a great recruiter.

If he leaves, we will regret it.

I also want him to stay at LSU. It is not necessarily the coach who brings success to a program, but how he builds his "house." Occasionally a house will need repairs, and those in it disciplined, but those in the house will be well cared for and dine well. I think Les has proven himself to be a wise house-builder and faithful in his own house (not saying he is Moses, but sharing some of the same leadership character).

So, Les, think about the house you have built at LSU and then consider one you may build elsewhere--will your house elsewhere be as strong as the one at LSU? My Dad (an LSU grad), thinking he would have the support from all his old friends there, returned to his hometown of DeRidder to build a landscape business, only to lose it (and his house) because it just wasn't the same. A new house doesn't guarantee the same quality of building materials, and not every building venture turns out good.
