I have Dish. I looked at the channels...nothing. The op of the game thread said it is on the SEC network. What am I doing wrong?

SECN+ ... not SECN.

Watch ESPN streamed online; you'll need your Dish login.

Oh...honestly, I did not notice the +. I wouldn't have known there was a difference, though.

If you stream on your laptop or iPad, you can actually watch it on your TV. I have DirecTV. I use the Google Chrome app. I logon to DirecTV on the WatchESPN app on Google on my laptop, then I use the HDMI I/O to stream onto my 60" Sony HD TV. It works great!

Download Watch ESPN app. Watch on iPad. Use cable that transitions into HDMI connection and plug into tv.

It might be that your broadband is slow.

Buy a Roku or Apple TV box and stream through the Watch ESPN app. It's flipping awesome. I'll be able to watch every single flipping game except the few that are only televised on CST.

All you have to pay for is the box itself. Streaming the games via the Watch ESPN app through the Roku or Apple TV box is free. By the way, make sure your cable/satellite TV provider login info will allow you to login to Watch ESPN before you buy the box.

Only $35.

You can add apps on roku under the channels section to add. Just add WATCHESPN.

I recommend the chromecast (only $35) actually sometimes it's only $30 on amazon with prime free shipping.. but for chromecast you will need a device such as iphone or ipad etc to cast WATCHespn to the the chromecast.. which simply hooks up to an HDMI input on your TV and uses your WIFI.

I also recommend the ROKU streaming stick (only like $45) but this won't require you to stream from a mobile device. You will not need a phone or tablet.. You simply hook to roku up same method.. via HDMI input and WIFI.. and it comes with a REMOTE.. You then add the WATCHESPN app from the channels directory and use to remote to select the content you want. Roku has many more free channels and programs than chromecast.. but both are great and I use both.

The Amazon Fire Stick which I do not have, also looks like a tremendous blend of the two as well and around the same price range. It also comes with its own remote so you won't need a phone or device to have to operate it.

Using a long HDMI cord from your laptop/desktop also works, however I prefer the more stable and ease of the devices that just hook into an HDMI spot and I never have to move or fiddle with.

Also another drawback with the HDMI is if your computer is not all that and you are trying to use a huge TV monitor to stream content from can be very draining on your CPU.

There are two options when you use HDMI cord.. one you can "extend" and use the tv you are hooking up as a 2nd monitor (best option) Then you just drag the browser over towards it and maximize to full screen..

or you can multiply (dual) monitor where it literally mirrors everything you see on your computer monitor.
