Temple is great a shutting down shooters, Lawson is a slasher

Isn't it going to be more of a challenge for him to 'slash' with a bummed right big toe ?

so as an LSU alum, you'd cheer for the Heels over the Tigers?

The heels will be fine without my support
Also seeing LSU and UNC beat Duke in 06 was AWESOME

think Temple can shut down Lawson

That is some funny shite right thur.

Why ?

There is no way Temple will be able to keep up with him. Lawson is too quick way too fast.

So,should LSU just play the bench vs Butler so there's no concern of playing North Carolina ? According to you and Barry there is no one on LSU's team that can remotely stop or cover anyone on North Carolina's team . No need to lose by 75 on National Tv. Tennessee Tech's record loss should be surpassed.

No Temple can probably shut down green or ellington, but outside of that they are mismatched down low and at the point.

Did I ever say that no one on LSU's team can cover anyone on UNC's team? No. I said Temple cannot and should not cover Lawson. Lawson would kill him. I have pointed out on several occasions, that there are matchup problems all over for LSU if this game happens. I have dreamed that this game would happen for a while. Although I will be sad if LSU loses, but I will be happy no matter who wins.

Look, North Carolina in Greensboro is a not a good matchup for LSU. All I'm saying is North Carolina didn't run the table and also had some close calls along the way ,too.To complete discount LSU by North Carolina is a mistake.

I love Carolina, but if they get to the regional finals, I am not sure they can beat Oklahoma.

It would be a mistake for the team to do that, it would be common sense for us to do it.

Your right, but if you go back and look at all the games Carolina lost, the opposing team played lights out. At least it looked that way to me when I watched them lose. Hindsight is 20/20, but if Lawson played saturday against FSU, they would not have lost. But they did, and I think it's best they did. I did not want to play Duke again.

I know 2 for 2 don't wanna push my luck, plus they played lights out.
