He could’ve been WR1 this year but Nuss prefers to throw the ball to Sir Drops-A-Lot instead.

Problem for Daniels is that he has to start all over with new QB, new offense, new everything which is a huge risk. If he stays, he's got Nuss and comfort with offense, etc. Big risk.

He was underutilized, simple as that. Him and Anderson were most reliable receivers we had.

Unless he knows Sloan is going to Michigan and Nuss is going pro.

He just lacks explosiveness to create separation. He can be a good wr in the right system but he's gonna have to continue to catch balls across the middle in traffic to find success.

I like what Daniels brings to the table, but he definitely lacks elite speed.
