It's not like they just moved the LSU game a few weeks ago. We knew from the beginning of the season that we wouldn't play Arkansas on friday. And that the Iron Bowl would take its place.

UF-FSU is on ABC when its played in Tallahasse.
FLorida has the SEC commitment for CBS for its home gsme as all SEC home teams do.

I didn't like the fact that they moved the game to Saturday at first, but since we're getting the 6:00 game on ESPN I'll live with it. Playing on Friday after Thanksgiving gives you a larger national audience and is huge for recruiting, especially since it's an afternoon game when the high school players are at home watching games.
I guess CBS felt that Saban needed help with recruiting.

Wrong. CBS felt that it need help with ratings by broadcasting the game of an elite program with a top-notch coach who is working on his second straight undefeated regular season.

it has been scheduled for saturday since the very beginning of the season. the fact that you are a season ticket holder and did not know the date of the game until now does not speak well for you..........

b/c CBS isn't stupid.
The iron bowl is a real rivalry. Most LSU fans i know don't even give a piss about the LSU/Arky fabricated "rivalry".
